TennCare is Tennessee's program for health care. It works like health insurance to help pay for many health care services.
TennCare sent you a letter to tell you that you have TennCare. the letter told you what day your TennCare started. If you have quesitons or problems about your TennCare dates, you can call the Family Assistance Service Center at 1-866-311-4287. It's a free call.
This is the handbook that the letter said you would get. This handbook tells you how to use your TennCare to get your health care.
UAHC is your health plan that helps you get your TennCare services for physical health care. UAHC is also called a MCO, or Manage Care Organization. Call us at 901-260-4400 or 1-800-876-9758 to find out how UAHC is set up and how we work.

You can vist UAHC Health Plan in person. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
