UAHC measures the services we provide our members. We want you to get all the necessary screenings and exams. They can prevent serious health problems. We want to help you to stay healthy. Ask your provider about regular check-ups and preventive health exams.
UAHC wants our members to remain safe. We want our members to be able to make educated medical choices.
Here are some tips: Don't be afraid to ask questions if you have doubts or concerns. We want you to know what to do after being discharged from a hospital. It is important to understand what will happen before your surgery. Make sure you and your caregivers are clear about what medications you take.
UAHC cares about your opinion. We want to know what you think about the health care and services you receive. You may have the chance to participate in our annual survey. The Plan uses the results of this survey to identify areas for improvement. We will use it to take action. Surveys may be completed by mail or telephone.
